Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used to be great I’ve used these straps for years. Always bought smart straps. They were the best. I ordered more last week, and already trash. These have went to junk. They use to be quality. The ratchets are so thin and flimsy, they use to be thick made from stainless steel possibly. $60 wasted.

Where can I purchase just a replacement ratchet? I have the strap, but the ratchet and hook were lost along the roadside somewhere. Thank you for your time and assistance.
