What is the max stretch and load and breaking load of your adjustable strap.Is that EPDM

Hi! I am looking high and low for these adjustable &ldquo;holed&rdquo; straps and can&rsquo;t find them anywhere in Canada OR the US. Lowes apparently no longer sells them and this seemed to have been the only options = help!
